Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dostavi.to ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Service Description

Dostavi.to is a free food ordering platform that connects customers with local restaurants. Restaurants manage their own menus, pricing, preparation, and delivery. We do not prepare food, deliver orders, or handle payments — we provide the technology that connects you.

Zero Commission

The Platform is completely free for restaurants. We do not charge subscription fees, per-order commissions, or any other fees. This means restaurants keep 100% of their revenue.

Account Registration

To place orders or register a restaurant, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 15 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 15 or older.

Ordering & Delivery

When you place an order through the Platform:

• You enter into a contract directly with the restaurant, not with us.
• Menu items, prices, and availability are set by the restaurant and may change without notice.
• Delivery is handled by the restaurant. Estimated delivery times are approximate.
• Your delivery address must be within the restaurant's delivery zone.
• Orders must meet the restaurant's minimum order amount, if any.

Payment

Payment is collected on delivery by the restaurant (cash or card). The Platform does not process payments. Any payment disputes are between you and the restaurant.

Group Orders

Group orders allow multiple participants to add items to a shared cart. The person who created the group order is responsible for the checkout and delivery address. All participants can see items added by others.

Restaurant Partners

If you register a restaurant on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate menu information, prices, and availability.
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner and maintain food safety standards.
• Only accept orders within your configured delivery zone.
• Comply with all applicable food safety, business, and tax regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or restaurant staff.
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Platform without permission.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, and code are owned by Dostavi.to. Restaurant content (logos, menu descriptions, images) remains the property of the respective restaurants. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for food quality, delivery issues, or any dispute between you and a restaurant.
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms other users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Serbia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
